1. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any branch PINs you create. BMSTZ is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

2. Subscription and Payments

BMSTZ is a subscription-based service. Payments are processed securely via our local payment gateways (e.g. Snippe). Subscriptions automatically grant access based on the tier you select. We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities or to upload harmful code. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the services provided by BMSTZ.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all business data (sales, customers, inventory) entered into the system. BMSTZ claims no ownership over your private data. You may export your reports at any time via the dashboard.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime. While our application includes offline capabilities for basic sales operations, BMSTZ is not liable for data loss or business interruption caused by your device's network failure before synchronization occurs.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or if your subscription expires and remains unpaid.
